EN 1176-7 — Montage, Inspektion und Wartung

Teil 7 verpflichtet Betreiber zu regelmässigen Kontrollen: visuelle Routineinspektion, operative Inspektion alle 1–3 Monate und die jährliche Hauptinspektion. Verschlissene Teile — Sitze, Ketten, Schäkel, Netze, Federn — müssen ersetzt werden, und zwar so, dass die Gerätesicherheit erhalten bleibt. Originalersatzteile oder gleichwertige geprüfte Teile bewahren die Konformität des Geräts.

Visuelle Routinekontrolle wöchentlich bis monatlich, operative Inspektion alle ein bis drei Monate, Hauptinspektion einmal jährlich durch eine sachkundige Person.

Wer haftet für einen Spielplatz?

Der Betreiber — Gemeinde, Schule, Kita oder Eigentümerschaft. Ohne dokumentierte Kontrollen trägt er im Schadenfall die Beweislast.

Was ist eine Hauptinspektion nach EN 1176-7?

Die jährliche Vollprüfung des Gesamtzustands: Geräte, Fundamente, Verschleissteile, Fallräume, Fallschutzbelag und Normkonformität, dokumentiert mit Befund und Massnahme.

Muss ich ein Gerät sperren, wenn ein Mangel gefunden wird?

Bei einem dringenden Mangel mit Verletzungsgefahr ja, bis zur Behebung. Wichtige und empfohlene Mängel lassen sich planen.
